Real estate,
with the whole picture in view.

Samantha Bonneville is a native Las Vegan whose real estate experience spans brokerage, REO disposition, broker price opinions and distressed-property investment. Her REO and BPO work began in 2008, and her broker-owner experience at SWG Realty Group dates to 2009.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Business Law from UNLV. Her background includes bank-owned property listings, valuation assignments and acquiring, rehabilitating and reselling distressed properties across multiple markets.

At NV Assets, Samantha applies that experience to the full property lifecycle: valuation, acquisition, ownership decisions and disposition. She and April Hamilton are the points of contact for REO opportunities. The broader team provides investor services, luxury representation and short-sale negotiation assistance.

Quick closings and complex transactions are core strengths. Samantha’s work as a local business owner also includes Gold Mine Tavern, which she and her husband Todd acquired in 2018, as featured by Water Street District.

Two branches. A connected approach.
